Terms
The terms for using Haul Tracker
Last updated September 6, 2026.
Who this covers
Haul Tracker is made by Bloomfield AI Solutions for hauling companies and the truck drivers who work for them. A company signs up for the office side and adds its drivers; a driver gets the app through a setup link from their dispatcher. By using either, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to use Haul Tracker.
Your account
Your login is yours alone. Do not share it, and tell your dispatcher if you think someone else has it. A company is responsible for the people it adds and for what they do in the app. A driver can delete their own account in Settings at any time; a company can remove a driver at any time.
The record
Every press a driver makes, and the location the phone reports while they are on the clock, becomes a record the company uses to settle pay and bill its customers. That record belongs to the company. Haul Tracker keeps it, shows it, and adds it up; it does not decide what anyone is paid. What a driver is owed, and any dispute about it, is between the driver and the company, and the record is there to settle it.
What is not allowed
- Faking or spoofing the phone's location, or making a press on someone else's behalf.
- Entering a scale ticket that does not match the paper it came from.
- Using another person's login, or letting them use yours.
- Probing, overloading, or interfering with the service or anyone else's data.
- Using Haul Tracker for anything unlawful.
A company can remove a driver for any of these. We can close an account that breaks them.
The service
We work to keep Haul Tracker running and accurate, and we fix what breaks, but we do not promise it will never be down and we do not guarantee any particular reading of a location, a scale ticket, or an hour. Phones lose signal, GPS drifts, and paper tickets smudge; the app records what it was given and says how sure it was, and people make the call. The app and its features will change over time, and a feature may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
Your data
What we record, why, who sees it, and how long it stays is on the privacy page. Those rules are part of these terms.
Limits on our liability
Haul Tracker is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Bloomfield AI Solutions is not liable for lost pay, lost business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, Haul Tracker, and our total liability to a company for any claim is limited to what that company paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending things
A company can stop using Haul Tracker at any time. A driver can delete their account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. The pay record a company built stays with that company as its business record, as the privacy page describes.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes and the new version applies from then on. Using Haul Tracker after a change means you accept it. We will not change them in a way that takes away rights over a record already made.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and any dispute over them is heard in the courts of Idaho.
